WESUPPORT 365 provides digital and remote technical services. Because our services are delivered electronically and require technician time and expertise, refund eligibility depends on the service status.

General Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only if the service was not delivered.
• Once a service is successfully completed, it becomes non-refundable.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Subscription or Protection Plans

For service management or protection plans:

• Refunds may be granted within 7 days if no service claim has been used.
• Once a claim or support session has been initiated, the plan becomes non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The issue falls outside our service scope
• The customer refuses troubleshooting steps
• The problem results from hardware damage
• Incorrect or incomplete information was provided
• Third-party software changes cause new issues

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
